An karɓo daga Jabir ɗan Abdullahi
(R.A) ya ce, “Naji Manzon Allah(ﷺ), a
shekarar buɗe Makka, a lokacin (Manzon Allah(ﷺ), ) yana Makka, yana cewa “Lallai Allah da
Manzonsa sun haramta sayar da giya da mushe da alade da gunki.” Sai aka ce, Ya
Manzon Allah(ﷺ), ! Ba mu labari game da kitsen mushe, ana shafawa a jikin
jirgin ruwa, ana shafawa a fata, ana kunna fitilu da shi, (shin ya halatta ko
bai halatta ba?).”
sai ya ce “A’a! wannan haramun ne.”
Sannan sai manzon Allah (ﷺ), ya ce,
“Allah Ya la’anci yahudawa, Allah Ya haramta musu kitse, sai suka ƙawata shi,
sannan suka sayar da shi, suka cinye kuɗinsa. Bukhari (#2236) da Muslim (#1581)
suka rawaito shi.
SHARHI;
Bai halatta ka sayar da giya ba! Kar
ka ce ba na sha shi kenan, sayarwa ma zunubi ne. haka ma mushe; ragonka ya mutu
yanzu yanzu nan, sai wani arne kusa da kai ya ce, ka sayar masa, sai ka ce ai
tunda arne ne, bari in sayar masa, wannan bai halatta ba. Sai dai ka je ka
jefar a wani wuri, in ya je ya ɗauka, wanna ba da yawunka ba. Ko ya zama kana
sayar da alade, duk wannan bai halatta ba. Ko ya zama kana sayar da gumaka, su
ma bai halatta ba. Gumaka su ne irin mutum-mutumi da za a yi, na mutum ko na
wata dabba ko na tsuntsu, wannan duk haramun ne. Bai halatta ba ka yi wani
hoton ɗan ga-ruwa ya ɗauko garwar ruwa biyu, bature ya yi sha’awa, ya gani ya
saya. Ko kazo kayi wani abu ka ƙasa, ko wani tsuntsu ko kada ko akwaɗo, duk
abin da kayi shi, in dai halitta ne (mai rai), ya zama gunki, bai halatta ka
sayar dashi ba. Haka nan kazo ka yi zane na wani babban mutum, ka yi art ɗinsa,
ka kai masa, duk haramun ne, bai halatta ba. Amma ‘yar tsana wadda ake don
wasan yara, wannan ya halatta. Za ka iya saka ka ajiye a gida don yara su yi
wasa, akwai hadisin da ya nuna haka, hadisin Aisha. Idan yara sun girma sun
gama wasa, sai a ɗauke ta a jefar, in an sami wani ɗan ƙaramin yaron sai a sayo
masa, wannan ya halatta.
Ibnu Rajab
Al-Hambali yana cewa, “Dukkan wani littafi da zai yi jagorancin ka zuwa ga bautar
wanin Allah, to irin wannan littafin cinikayya da shi haramun ne.” littafin da
yake cike da saɓon Allah, kamar litttafai irin na batsa, kamar mujallu irin na
batsa, kamar nobel da suke ɗauke da labarai na laifi, haramun
ne sayar da su. Haka nan hotunan ‘yan kokawa, manya-manyan hotuna, wani ƙaton
ɗan kokawa ka gan shi kamar alade a jiki, ka zo ka saya ka rataya a gidanka,
duk haramun ne, ko hotunan mata duk haramu ne, bai halatta ba.
Sai akace Manzon Allah (ﷺ), !
Bamu labari game da kitsen mushe, ana shafawa ajikin jirgin ruwa…” ma’ana jikin
katakon da kayi kwalkwalen da dashi, ta yadda wannan katakon ba zai lalace ba.
Sannan wannan kitsen na mushe,”… ana shafawa a fata don ta yi laushi, a yi
amfani da ita, ko ruwa ya doke ta ba zata lalace ba. Sannan waɗansu sukan kunna
fitilar aci balbal da wannan kitsen na mushe, shin waɗannan ya halatta ko bai
halatta ba? Sai Annabi (ﷺ), ya
ce,”….Wannan haramun ne.” To anan sai malamai su kai saɓani; shin sayarwa aka
hana, ko amfani dashi? waɗansu suka ce, a nan wurin Annabi (ﷺ), yana haramta yin amfani da wannan kitsen ne ta
wannan hanya. waɗansu suka ce ba amfani da shi aka haramta ba, sayarwa ne ya
haramta, don tana iya yiwuwa a haramta maka abu, amma ba’a haramata maka shi ba
ta wata kafar. Misali ya halatta ka ajiye kare a gida don ya yi maka gadi amma
bai halatta maka cinikin kare ba, sai dai wani ya baka kyauta, ko ka je kama a
wani wuri.
Sannan sai Annabi (ﷺ), ya ce, Allah ya la’anci yahudawa, Allah ya
haramta masu kitse, sai suka ƙawata shi, sannan suka sayar da shi, suka cinye
kuɗinsa.” Ma’ana, sunyi amfani da haramun, su suna ganin cin aka haramta musu,
don haka idan sun sayar, ba wani abu. Su yahudawa kullum suna dabara wajen
halatta abin da yake haramun, to sai Annabi (ﷺ), ya nuna Allah Ya la’ance su.
