An karɓo daga A’isha (R.A) ta ce, Manzon Allah (ﷺ), ya ce, “Shayarwa tana haramta abin da haihuwa
take haramtawa.” Bukhari (#2646) da Muslim (#1444) suka rawaito shi.
SHARHI;
Ma’ana, idan mace ta haife ka
tana da matsayin mahaifiyarka, ba ka
aure ta a shari’ance; ba ka auren duk ‘yayan da ta haifa; ba ka da aurenƙannenta, domin sun zama ƙannen mahaifiyarka, ‘ya’yan da ta
haifa sun zama yayayenka ko ƙannenka, ba ka auren mahaifiyata, ta zamanto kakarka. To
haka matar da ta shayar da kai, ba ka aurenta a shari’ance; ba ka auren
‘ya’yanta a shari’ance, domin sun zama yayyenka ko ƙannenka; ba ka auren
yayyenta ko ƙannenta,domin sun zanma yayyen mahaifiyarka; ba ka auren
mahaifiyarta, domin ta zama kakarka. wannan shi ne ma’anar hadisin! To amma
shayarwar da take haramtawa, ita ce in mace ta shayar da yaro sau biyar; ta
bashi mama ya kama ya sha, ba tare da an ƙwace ba, shi kaɗai ya saki, ɗaya
kenan! idan ya sake kama mama, ko aka bashi ya sha, da kansa ya saki, ba tare
da an ƙwace ba, ya saki, biyu kenan! A sake ba shi karo na uku, ko ya karɓa da
kansa ya sha, ba tare da an kwance ba, uku kenan! idan akayi haka har sau
biyar, to wannan matar ta zama haramun a kansa. Idan adadin bai kai biyar ba,
babu haramci; idan yana sha ba tare da ya saki ba, sai aka kwace, ya sake mayar
da kansa, to har yanzu ɗaya ne, sai in har ya saki da kansa ne, sannan aka sami
ɗaya. Idan mijin wannan matar da ta shayar da wannan yaron yana da wasu ‘ya’ya,
to waɗannan ‘ya’yan na wannan mijin, su ma duk sun haramta a gershi. Saboda ita
mace, ba itace sanadiyyar samar da nono a jikinta ba, kusantar mijinta ne yake
gadar da samuwar ruwan nono a jikin mamanta. Don haka shi ma wannan haramcin
yana nasuwa a gareshi shi da’ya’yansa.
Wannan haramci da muka ɗa ta fuskar
aure ne, cewa ba zai aure su ba, sannan kuma yadda ya halatta ya zauna da
ƙanwarsa ya keɓanta da ita, haka dai ya halatta ya zauna da waɗannan, tunda ba
aure a tsakaninsu; yadda ya hallata suyi tafiya shi kaɗai daga shi sai ƙanwarsa
wacce suke uwa ɗaya uba ɗaya, haka ya halatta suyi tafiya da waccan, ita ma;
hukuncin kallonsu kuwa hukuncin kallon ƙanne ko yayye ne. Amma abin da ya shafi
gado, to baya shiga cikin wannan wurin. Haka irin yadda bai halatta ba lokaci
guda ka auri ya da ƙanwa a haɗe, to haka matan da mace ɗaya ta shayar da su, ko
da wannan gidansu daban, wannan gidansu daban, in dai mace ɗaya ta shayar da
su, bai halatta ka haɗa su ka aure su a lokaci guda ba. Haka lokaci guda, irin
yadda bai halatta ba ka auri mace ka je ka auro ƙanwar mahaifiyarta ka haɗa su
lokaci guda, to haka idan mace ta shayar da wannan nono, duk da ba ita ce
mahaifiyarta ba, to bai halatta ka auri wannan, wadda aka shayar da ƙanwar ta
shayar da ita, ka ce duk za ka haɗa su lokaci guda.
